Yes, the card contains a sealed Bitcoin vault, which contains the private key owning the funds. To access the private key the vault must be unsealed, which cannot be undone. As long as the vault is sealed, you have the certainty that no one ever accessed the private key.
Yes, in addition to the Bitcoin vault the card owner can create up to two other vaults for Ethereum, Polygon, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash and Counterparty.
No, the card is not a payment card, it can only be used to store and receive coins, or to send them to another wallet address.
