When initiating a bridge with us, you transfer the desired crypto to our wallet address. We convert your funds in the indicated cryptocurrency, then transfer them to your destination wallet.

When you initiate a bridge transaction, we will receive it as soon as your crypto transfer will have been completed on the blockchain. In all cases, we deliver your funds on a best effort basis.
The exchange rate applied is the market rate that we aggregate from multiple on-chain sources at the moment we receive your crypto transfer.
