Your mission 🎯

As a key member of our team, you will participate in deciding the technological direction of our product as well as managing and expanding our engineering team, and ensuring that our systems remain robust, scalable, and secure. Reporting directly to the executive team, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Define and execute the company's technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Lead the engineering team.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of our products, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of our platforms hosted on AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute product development initiatives.
• Stay ahead of technology trends and integrate relevant innovations to maintain our competitive edge.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for all tech-related projects.

Required skills 🔧

• Proven experience in a technology role, preferably in the fintech or crypto industry.
• Strong expertise in React Native, Node.js, and Vue.js.
• Extensive experience with AWS and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience leading tech teams in a startup environment.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the cryptocurrency space.
