Introducing new board member Sébastien Moret

We are happy to welcome and introduce Sébastien Moret, who joined our team in April as our new COO and head of legal, and who was elected as a new member of our board of directors during our annual general meeting that took place on June 29^th 2021.

Sébastien is a Swiss qualified lawyer with more than 20 years of extensive experience with well-regarded asset management companies and law firms in Los Angeles, London and Geneva.

As part of his in-house and external counsel roles, Sébastien has supported numerous companies throughout the lifecycle of their commercial transactions. He has developed a great expertise in strategic planning and management of operations of financial groups as well as in Swiss and international financial regulatory/compliance related issues. He also has overseen the structuring, execution and management of financial products, private equity transactions, alternative investments and club deals. Sébastien notably held the position of Group COO for a large international multi-family office in Geneva and London where he was regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Sébastien has a strong passion and knowledge for digital assets and blockchain technologies, and consequential transformations of our world.
