We provide crypto-fiat exchange services, we develop a mobile crypto wallet and we offer crypto related services to other companies.

Your mission 🎯

We are booming and today we need some reinforcement in our operations & onboarding team.

You will be at the front row of our crypto exchange business, as you will be ensuring the smooth onboarding of our clients, overviewing the efficient processing of their transactions and have a direct contact with them to answer all their questions about our service.

Your key tasks will be to:

• Reply the questions and support requests of our users, and help them troubleshoot whatever issue they may have.
• Review the identity verification information of new clients.
• Provide support on the processing of our daily crypto-fiat transactions.
• Collaborate with our compliance team.
• Gather any useful feedback that you receive and report it to the team.
• Contribute to improve what we do whenever you can. We love ambitious and creative people who share ideas.

Your profile 🙂

• Block explorers have no secrets for you.
• You are a regular user of DeFi yield and swap platforms.
• You have already taught a grandparent to use a wallet.
• You have a hardware wallet and you use a multisig.
• Using cross-chain bridges is a cakewalk for you.
• You have the customer service spirit: you like to help people, you embrace social contact, you are polite and professional, and your patience is bulletproof.
• You own your job, you are proactive and you get things done.
• You are cool-headed and you analyze a situation before taking a decision.
• You can work in a startup environment. If you are not sure what this entails, please skip.
• You navigate X, Telegram and Discord like a boss.
• You express yourself fluently in English and French, and you know what proofraeding means. Any other language a huge plus.
• You are friendly, you always have a good meme to share, and you are apéro compatible.
